Hi, I'm Webb

The Founder

From systems to digital peace.

For over three decades, I've built technology. Now, I help people live peacefully with it.

I started ZenWebb because I noticed a quiet crisis happening all around us. The tools that were supposed to give us more time and freedom were instead causing anxiety, clutter, and endless distraction.

My work today isn't just about organizing files or setting up software. It's about helping you reclaim your attention, your time, and your peace of mind in a noisy digital world.

Three decades of technical systems architecture, now refocused entirely on bringing digital peace to your daily life.

My commitment is simple: I am here to help you take back control of your digital life, by helping you build simple, organized systems that serve you.
The Transition

My Journey here

My background is deeply rooted in the technical world. For 30 years, I worked in the trenches of system architecture, software development, and creative media production. I loved how a well-designed system could solve complex, real-world problems.

But over time, my perspective shifted. I watched friends, family members, and brilliant colleagues become increasingly overwhelmed by their screens. Inboxes were overflowing. Important documents were lost in a sea of poorly named folders. The constant ping of notifications was fracturing their focus.

I realized that the most pressing problem wasn't a lack of technology; it was a lack of intentionality. We had adopted all these powerful tools without ever learning how to live with them.

That realization changed everything for me. I stepped away from purely building technical solutions to focus entirely on the human side of the screen. I wanted to take my decades of systems thinking and apply it to personal digital lives—creating calm where there was chaos.

Why This Work Matters To Me

Digital overwhelm is real. Modern businesses are designed to give you things for free, in exchange for your attention. It drains your energy, scatters your focus, and leaves you feeling like you're always behind. I've seen how much it weighs on people, specifically my family and friends.

What I've learned is that technical expertise alone isn't enough to fix this. You can't just "install a new app" and expect the anxiety to disappear. It requires a deeply human-centered approach. It requires understanding how you think, what you value, and how you naturally work.

This is not transactional IT support. I don't fix your printer, I'm the person who helps you decide if you even need one. We sit down together to look at what you actually use, turning off the rest to create genuine breathing room.

Whether organizing a family archive, streamlining small business files, or silencing notification fatigue, we build systems tailored to your specific pace.

My family is the most important thing to me. I want to help you take your life back, so you can spend your time with what matters to you.
